Coffee Guide
This recipe is based on the brewing method actually used in our stores.
We present it as a guide for you to enjoy a more delicious cup, but it is not a rigid rule. The flavor will gradually change by varying the amount of hot water and extraction time. Please feel free to customize it to your own preferences.

What you'll need
- 1 drip bag
- 150g hot water (93-95℃)
- 1 mug
Brewing instructions

Pour a small amount of hot water, just enough to thoroughly wet all the coffee grounds.

Steam for about 30 seconds.

Pour the remaining hot water slowly in 2-3 batches.

Hot Coffee
What you'll need
- 15g coffee beans (medium-fine grind, slightly finer than granulated sugar)
- 220g hot water (93℃)
- Dripper
Brewing instructions

Pour 30g → Steep for 30 seconds
Start the timer simultaneously with the first pour

Pour up to 90g total

Pour up to 150g total

Pour a total of 180g
Pour water up to a total of 220g, aiming for approximately 1:50 to 2:00.
Iced Coffee
Materials
- 15g coffee beans (medium-fine grind, slightly finer than granulated sugar)
- 220g hot water (water temperature 93℃)
- Dripper
- 60g ice
Brewing Instructions
01
Pour 30g → Steep for 30 seconds
Start timer simultaneously with the first pour.

Pour a total of 90g
03
Pour up to 120g
04
Pour up to 150g in total
05
Pour a total of 180g of hot water, aiming for 1:50 to 2:00.

After brewing, pour into a glass with 90g of ice, stir lightly, and it's done.
